Our place is on the beach in the prestigious gated community of Villas de Las Palmas, just 5 minutes south of town. We offer a new, large upper level condo with beach access. The entry is street level with 2 stairs down and 4 stairs up to reach the upper level. Enjoy your evening cocktail overlooking our unparalleled, panoramic views of the Sea of Cortez as well as the town of San Felipe on our new 500 sq. foot tiled deck. The marina is located just one mile north, and is a great place to pick up your local fishermen's catch of the day. There are two bedrooms, each with a queen sized bed and a full bath. The additional guest bathroom is located off the front entry. It offers a living area overlooking the ocean, a double sofa bed, a balcony with table and chairs, air conditioning, ceiling fans and heating. It has a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, garbage disposal, microwave, blender, coffeemaker, and refrigerator with icemaker. There is also a private laundry room.
